Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ariana Lee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at returns@arianalee.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
